Our Story
We established Safe Hub Sports Safeguarding to fill a gap: many organisations handle sensitive responsibilities for others, but compliance processes too often rely on manual tracking, risking errors, omissions or delays. We saw an opportunity to build a platform that combines automation, oversight, document & policy management, and user-friendly design, to make compliance manageable, not burdensome.

Scott brings deep expertise in creating safe, inclusive, and accountable environments for organisations and communities. Scott combines a strong background in safeguarding practice with first-hand experience in sport and education. This unique perspective allows them to understand both the policy and the people behind safeguarding — ensuring Safe Hub not only meets compliance standards but also supports a culture of trust and wellbeing.
With a proven record in safeguarding leadership and youth sport development Scott is committed to helping organisations embed robust policies, protect vulnerable groups, and empower staff and volunteers to uphold the highest standards of care. Their work reflects a clear belief: every individual has the right to participate, learn, and thrive in safe surroundings.
